Healing Angels Home Health Inc. provides physical and occupational therapy to patients recovering from post-cancer treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, and/or radiation therapy. 

For patients with chronic pain, rehabilitative care can make a real difference. Healing Angels Home Health services approach care through customized treatment plans and team collaboration to help our patients achieve ease of pain.

Our trained medical professionals assist with patients' needed home medications to administer intravenously. 

When it comes to wound care, we provide the best care. Our team of experts instructs and educates patients, families, and caregivers in wound care, hygiene, safety, and ways to manage risk factors. We help patients recover from surgical and post-surgical wounds, localized incisions, infected or draining wounds, pressure ulcers with complications, multiple Stage 2 wounds, Stage 3 or 4 wounds, among others. We also care for wounds associated with amputations, diabetic ulcers, necrotizing fasciitis, osteomyelitis, peripheral artery disease, venous stasis, post-trauma wounds, burns, and arterial wounds.

We care for patients at home who have had Cosmetic Surgery procedures, such as Mommy Makeovers, Tummy Tuck, Brazilian Butt Lift, etc. The care integrates pain management care, wound care, dressing changes, and medication management. 

We help people regain mobility, independence, and daily routines by providing physical therapy in the comfort of their own homes. The advantages are mastering daily tasks at home and increasing safety. It's essential to have the therapists there because most accidents happen in the house. They work to assess home safety, set healthy goals, and maximize patients' abilities. This leads to improved strength, balance, coordination, and a higher quality of life.

Our occupational therapy is centered on patients to help them develop, modify, and maintain essential activities of daily living. Finding the right place to heal can be difficult. We believe the best place is in your home, where you know what to expect and can practice skills you'll use when you get better. 

Healing Angels Home Health provides in-home assessments and interventions for a range of conditions that can leave a person unable to form words or understand language. These include Parkinson's disease, stroke, ALS, head injury, dementia, COPD, and CHF, among many others. The patient, caregiver, and family are encouraged to ask questions and make comments with our speech therapists during the session.

Healing Angels Home Health’s medical social workers help patients and their families with personalized care to meet their social and emotional needs during a time of crisis. They evaluate and assist clients, connecting them with community resources and educating them on their coping options. 

All of our healthcare workers are certified by the State of California. They help with everyday tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and more. Healthcare workers also assist patients in transferring between standing, sitting down, or getting in and out of bed. They may also help with cooking and cleaning in the home environment.

We offer monitoring devices that remotely monitors blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, heart rate, body temperature, and weight. Devices send data automatically and digitally back to our health care professionals wherever they are. 

People living with chronic illnesses often have complex healthcare needs. Implementing a coordinated care model can improve general health and wellness for these individuals. Medicare defines chronic care management as any two or more chronic conditions expected to last at least twelve months. There are a variety of chronic conditions that many people suffer from, including arthritis, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. At Healing Angels Home Health Inc., we provide Chronic Care Management to Medicare beneficiaries with two or more chronic conditions. The goal is to prevent hospital admissions by remotely monitoring their conditions.  

We cater transportation assistance to postoperative appointments and home after minor procedures. A private transportation with a nurse is available.
