All of our healthcare workers are certified by the State of California. They help with everyday tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and more. Healthcare workers also assist patients in transferring between standing, sitting down, or getting in and out of bed. They may also help with cooking and cleaning in the home environment.
We offer monitoring devices that remotely monitors blood pressure, blood oxygen levels, heart rate, body temperature, and weight. Devices send data automatically and digitally back to our health care professionals wherever they are.

At Healing Angels Home Health Inc., we provide Chronic Care Management to Medicare beneficiaries with two or more chronic conditions. The goal is to prevent hospital admissions by remotely monitoring their conditions.
We cater transportation assistance to postoperative appointments and home after minor procedures. A private transportation with a nurse is available.
